How do I cancel an order?
When you receive your order number, it signifies that your order has been forwarded and processed for dispatch to the shipping company. You will also receive your tracking Information within 3-5 days.
You can never cancel your order once you place the order since it is automatically forwarded by system to the shipping company.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you by the timeframe (Max 50days) given to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally shipped item back from the courier as well as the courier's statement to what happened to the package.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
